I have collaborated with some Cool2beconscious breathwork practitioners who want to share their love and support for your journey. There are many guided breathing practices available from all the practitioners to give you a variety of loving masculine and feminine energy.

MEDITATE
The same practitioners have created the most relaxing guided meditation practices for you to feel into. Providing you with love, support and trust as you explore into your consciousness.

MOVE
The workout programs within the app provide complete workout explanations, movement tutorials and technique breakdowns. Certain exercises will have options to what equipment or regression you would like to do. I understand some gyms may not have a certain machine or piece of equipment and the importance to work within your strength and/or mobility.

EAT
I have created a 3 part nutrition course to teach you everything you need to know about food, gaining weight, metabolic adaptation, using myfitnesspal etc.. You also will have access to my macro calculator to work out exactly how many calories you need for your goals. The course will teach you exactly how to manage your own nutrition, the same way I would coaching you 1 on 1.
